I have been in the industry for over 10 years, most of it as a transaction coordinator. I did take all of the real estate courses an agent takes and am very knowledgeable on how the process works. Being around for so long you meet so many agents, get to talk to them and see that not all agents have the support of their brokerage like our team has. Unlike other agents our agents have not only the support of the broker/owners but of a staff that is very knowledgeable in the roles they play within the company. Agents outside our team will straight up tell you that they don't know how to do a specific task and have no one to help them.
